Business Participation Agreement
By submitting an offer you are agreeing to this agreement, the Business Representative confirms they are authorized to act on behalf of the business and agree to participate in the City Fundraiser campaign listed on this form.
The business agrees to honor the approved promotional offer and authorizes City Fundraiser to use its business name, logo, website, promotional offer, and general business information for campaign marketing.
The business is solely responsible for its products, services, pricing, coupon redemption, and customer service. City Fundraiser acts only as the campaign organizer and promotional platform and is not responsible for transactions, disputes, losses, damages, or claims between the business and any customer or coupon holder.
The business will notify City Fundraiser of changes before publication. City Fundraiser may make minor edits for spelling, grammar, formatting, or clarity without changing the value or intent of the approved offer.
The business agrees to indemnify and hold harmless City Fundraiser from claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising from the business's participation or redemption of its promotional offer. This agreement is effective upon signature and governed by the laws of British Columbia and Canada.
The business also agrees to the Terms and conditions on the Terms page on this website.
City Fundraiser Coupon Submission Guidelines
Thank you for participating in the City Fundraiser Digital Coupon Book! Our goal is to provide supporters with real savings while helping local businesses attract new customers. To ensure every coupon delivers value, all offers must meet the following guidelines.
Eligible Coupon Offers
Your coupon should include a clear, measurable customer benefit, such as:
- Percentage discount (e.g. 10%, 20%, or 50% off)
- Dollar amount off a purchase (e.g. $10 off a $50 purchase)
- Buy One, Get One (BOGO) offers
- Free item or service with a qualifying purchase
- Special package pricing or bundled offers
- Exclusive promotional pricing available only through the City Fundraiser Digital Coupon Book
- You must not have your own royalty rewards or digital app for your business to participate in this digital coupon book.
Coupon Requirements
- The offer must clearly state any conditions or restrictions.
- The offer must apply to a product or service your business currently provides. One coupon per business. Up to 3 coupons for unique services under one location.
- The offer must abide by the expiry date of the digital app.
- Businesses are responsible for honouring the offer as published.
- City Fundraiser reserves the right to edit wording for clarity and consistency.
Offers That Cannot Be Accepted
The following types of offers are not eligible:
- Free downloadable ebooks, checklists, or digital resources.
- Contests, giveaways, or prize draws.
- General advertisements with no customer savings.
- Coupons with unclear or misleading terms.
- Offers that do not provide a direct discount or added value on a product or service.
Our goal is to create a coupon book that customers are excited to purchase because every coupon provides genuine, immediate value. Thank you for helping us support local businesses while strengthening our communities.
